NetHalt is a simple utility which makes a Windows machine running Windows 2000 or newer shutdown at a predefined daily time, it is more powerful then the windows shutdown command as it can be configured to allow someone on the machine to delay or abort the shutdown depending on the machine's NetBIOS name.
NetHalt is free software, you may use, copy, alter or redistribute it as long as you agree to the licensing terms in the COPYING file.
